According to the targeted species, 300 to 600 mm lens are recommendable. Macro lens, photo filters for landscapes and tripods can be very useful, as well as replacement memory cards and batteries.

Although humid, winter conditions are not extremely cold (around 0ºC), reaching low values like – 6º C when a cold snap occurs. Warm and waterproof boots, warm clothing, gloves, winter cap, scarf and rain coat, in case of rainy conditions, are recommendable.
In spite of occasional heat waves and cold snaps, mild climate conditions are the predominant during spring and autumn. It is recommendable to wear warn clothes, rain coats and confortable waterproof footwear. Sun cream is also recommendable.
In summer, temperatures may overcome 40º C during the day while nights stay warn. Therefore, cool clothing, confortable shoes, long trouser, sunglasses, insect repellent and sun cream are the best option.

To get the best wildlife observations, early morning is the desirable departure time.
However, departure time will be set once you find your accommodation and adapted to every season.
The length of the full-day journeys is 8 - 9 hours, adapting them to the weather conditions given by different seasons. Thus, the best option is to try to get and advantage of the best hours to spot fauna. It is recommendable to avoid central hours, which can be used to rest when days are very long from May to September.
In winter, full-day journeys from dawn until dusk will be the main option, including pic-nic on the way.
We focus on local products and traditional recipes based on Mediterranean food, offered in the accommodation places we work with. Tell us if you have any food intolerance and we will report it.
Breakfast is served just before leaving in the morning. Meal may be pic-nic, if we stay outside, or in the hotel if weather conditions are not suitable (especially in late spring-summer-early autumn), going back to the countryside in the evening.
During journeys we take water. However, we recommend taking some extra water bottle by clients in case of major need.
